In addition to our free local delivery & click & collect policy, we also offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over £12 for Mainland UK Deliveries.
Most orders that are now placedbefore 12 noon will be shipped the same day, Monday to Friday
for Standard Mainland UK Deliveries.
If you are not eligible for our free next-day local delivery, we are still dispatching most orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Whist we don't like to disappoint, the below delivery times are estimates from our delivery partners and may be longer during the festive season or for reasons associated with the challenges of managing Covid. 

 

The delivery timescales quoted are the number of working days from date of despatch.

Express and Next Day Orders placed by 12 noon on a working day will be despatched same day subject to stock availability.

Sometimes it may be possible to leave your parcel at a property without obtaining a signature if requested by you. The Toy Box Ltd, our courier or delivery agents will not be responsible for any loss or damage that results from leaving the consignment as you have requested.

In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

Your parcel may be left with a neighbour if you are not in, please advise us if you do not want this to happen.

The maximum size for BFPO deliveries is 45 x 35 x 16cm, and a weight of 2kg, any larger parcels will be charged at cost.
